Aiptasia (a.k.a. glass anemones), are a pest often introduced via live rock or corals that can rapidly reach plague proportions in marine aquaria, destroying corals and other precious livestock. Aiptasia-X consists of natural components which form a thick adhesive material. This unique formula is sensed as food and therefore ingested. The ingested adhesive seals the anemone's mouth preventing the release of planula (larvae). Within minutes of application, the treated aptasia will implode, eradicating both the anemone and its planula. Effective and easy to use, Aiptasia-X provides a solution to a problem experienced by almost every reef-keeper at one time or another throught the life of their aquarium. This kit includes: a 2.02 oz. bottle of formula, applicator syringe, and 2 applicator tips (1 straight, 1 angled). Kit treats approximately 100 Aiptasia anemones.
